How I Hold Space
This work calls for both tenderness and truth. I hold space with fierce compassion, a place where you can be messy, angry, quiet, hopeful, or lost and still be met with care.
Your pain will not be reduced to symptoms or softened with clinical language. We name the realities that shape your experience such as trauma, social injustice, oppression, and capitalism, and we acknowledge how these forces impact all of us individually and collectively. We do not pretend they are separate from what hurts. And we do not rush healing or force hope where it does not belong.
In a world that demands silence, productivity, and constant “resilience,” the environment we build together offers something different: room to rest, grieve, process, and simply exist.
Authentic Connection Matters
At the heart of this work is genuine human connection. Therapy is most effective when there’s trust, collaboration, and real understanding.
I show up fully present, honest, engaged and not as a script, but as a human being walking with you through what feels tangled or tender. You bring your lived truth and insight; I bring steadiness, experience, and the ability to help make sense of what you’re navigating.
Together, we create something meaningful: a relationship where you are met, understood, and able to show up as your whole self.
