What Guides the Work

My approach is relational, intuitive, and steady. You are the expert on your own life; my role is to walk alongside you: listening deeply, reflecting honestly, and creating space for the quieter, protective parts that deserve to be heard.

I draw from several frameworks, not as formulas, but as ways of understanding your experience and supporting the direction you want to move:

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) for staying present with what’s real and building a life aligned with what matters.

  • Radical Acceptance for meeting your experience without judgment or shame.

  • Narrative Therapy for exploring the stories that shaped you and reclaiming the ones that feel truer now.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) / Parts Work for honoring the protectors that helped you survive and understanding what they still carry.

  • Humanistic & Experiential Therapy for centering your voice, agency, and inner wisdom.

  • CBT-Informed Tools to ground, regulate, and notice patterns, without simplifying your complexity.

  • Somatic awareness because emotions live in the body, not just the mind.

  • Attachment & Origin Story exploration for understanding early relationships that shaped your sense of safety, connection, and self.

We’ll move in ways that fit who you are: structured when that feels grounding, open and responsive when intuition leads. Together, we’ll explore the beliefs, patterns, and protective parts that helped you survive and begin creating space for new ways of feeling, understanding, and being.
