How We Can Meet
I offer a mix of in-person and virtual therapy. In-person sessions are limited and offered on Mondays, while virtual sessions are more widely available.

Parking & Accessibility
Street parking is generally available nearby. The office is located on the second floor and requires two flights of stairs; there is no elevator, so the space is not physically accessible to everyone.

I believe care should meet people where they are. If in-person sessions aren’t accessible or workable for you, I’m always happy to offer virtual sessions as an equally meaningful way to work together.

Rate & Sliding Scale
My hourly rate is $125 for a 60-minute session.
I reserve a limited number of sliding-scale spots. If you are experiencing financial hardship and want to work with me, please reach out to inquire about available options. I believe therapy should be accessible, and I’m willing to work with folks to make something sustainable.

Insurance
I currently accept Trillium and IHN OHP.
I do not accept private insurance at this time.

Payment Methods
All payments are processed through Ivy Pay or Simple Practice, both HIPAA-compliant platforms.

Cancellation Policy
There is no charge for appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance.
With the exception of emergencies, the regular session fee will be charged for late cancellations or missed appointments.
