Having lived in both the punk/creative world and the structured world of leadership and program administration, I bring a perspective that holds both. I understand what it’s like to hold creative fire and significant responsibility, to navigate systems without losing your humanity, and to feel the emotional temperature of every room you enter.

Whether you’re making art, managing a team, building programs, or doing all of it at once, you deserve a place where you don’t have to split yourself into pieces. My background means I understand structure and rebellion, burnout and inspiration, responsibility and emotional depth.
